It’s that time of year! Cold and Flu Season!
I see you! People around you are sniffling and coughing, and you trying your best to stay away from ALL of them! But alas, someone always wants to pull you in for a nice “cootie-filled” handshake or hug. What can you do?
First, I like to pray (am I right?) and then, I try to boost my immune system as much as possible!
My goal is always to try my very best to prevent colds, or to kick those viruses to the curb, if they still manage to break through. 😅

People often ask me what I use to stay healthy, so I curated this easy list of 10 items. These are simply additional tool suggestions to hopefully help you get through this season a little easier. Remember that living a lifestyle with a healthy diet and exercise are also key!
