DIY Immune-Boosting Herbal Tea Blends to Keep You Healthy This Fall & Winter

As the chilly months approach, staying healthy becomes even more of a top priority! Herbal tea is a simple and natural way to give your immune system a boost while also warming you up from the inside out! In this post, I’ll share some great immune-boosting tea blends that you can easily make at home. Each blend is packed with herbs known for their antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. So, grab your teapot and let’s brew some good health this cold and flu season!


Herbal Tea Blends

1. Elderberry & Echinacea Immune Defender

Elderberries and echinacea are two super herbs that support the immune system! They fight off colds and flu and stimulate the immune system. Together, they create a powerful, immunity-boosting tea!

What do you need to make it?

– 1 tbsp dried elderberries

– 1 tbsp dried echinacea (flowers or leaves)

– 1 tsp dried ginger root

– 1 tsp cinnamon chips

– 2 cups boiling water

– Honey (optional)


How do you make it?

1. Combine elderberries, echinacea, ginger, and cinnamon in a teapot or infuser.

2. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the herbs and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

3. Strain the herbs and sweeten with honey, if you want! Drink 1-2 cups daily during cold and flu season for immune support.
